DISABILITY SUPPORT SERVICES

The Australian Asian Association Trading as Triple A Care is a non-for-profit organisation based in Perth, Western Australia. We are a registered NDIS provider and specialise in in-home and community-based care. We are committed to delivering flexible services with a focus on client choice and control for people with disabilities.

We specialise in:
  • Connecting individuals with support workers from the same cultural background who speak the same language
  • Supporting individuals to access their community to participate in activities of choice and stay connected with others
  • Assisting individuals with personal care tasks and maintenance of their homes
  • Providing support to achieve personal goals

COMMONWEALTH HOME SUPPORT PROGRAMME (CHSP)

CARE AND SUPPORT FOR OLDER AUSTRALIANS TO REMAIN AT HOME LONGER WITH MORE FREEDOM TO ENJOY LIFE.

The Australian Asian Association of WA Inc T/A Triple A Care provides support to clients in need through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) Program. This Program is available to frail older persons with a functional disability. CHSP Program seeks to maximise the independence of eligible clients within the wellness framework and reablement approach. We support clients from the general public and from the culturally and linguistically diverse communities such as India, Sri Lanka, Burma, Pakistan, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Bangladesh, Thailand, Latin America, Middle East, Russia and Spain.

Eligibility for CHSP services is determined by an Assessment through MY Aged CARE. The assessment identifies with you the areas in which you need support and plans individualized goals with you for the services you may receive.

HOME CARE PACKAGES (HCP) Level 1 – 4
Funded by Department of Human Services- MEDICARE

Australian Asian Association of WA Inc. T/A Triple A Care assists clients in need to remain independent  and supports them to live a quality life in their own homes or tile homes of their loved ones by providing them Consumer Directed Care. We will tailor a package of care to suit your needs and give you choice and control. You decide the level of support you require and we will deliver the services under a Home Care Package. At present we support clients from the general public, and from the following culturally and linguistically diverse communities such as Indian, Sri Lankan, Burmese, Pakistani, Philippine, Malaysian, Indonesian, Singaporean, Bangladeshi, Thai, Latin American, Middle Eastern, Spanish and Russian. We try to match the consumer with support workers from the same or similar cultural background and the same support workers will continue to provide the support on an on-going basis. We provide services to clients on Home Care Packages (HCP) levels 1 to 4.

EMERGENCY RELIEF SERVICES

AAA Emergency Relief helps support individuals and families in crisis through the provision of bill payments. Emergency Relief is available for people from culturally and linguistically diverse background who has a Centrelink Concession Card.

Emergency Relief may be able to assist you, your family or someone you know with the payment of:
  • Telephone bill
  • Electricity bill
  • Gas bill
  • Food voucher
