The Australian Asian Association Trading as Triple A Care is a non-for-profit organisation based in Perth, Western Australia. We are a registered NDIS provider and specialise in in-home and community-based care. We are committed to delivering flexible services with a focus on client choice and control for people with disabilities.

We specialise in:

  • Connecting individuals with support workers from the same cultural background who speak the same language
  • Supporting individuals to access their community to participate in activities of choice and stay connected with others
  • Assisting individuals with personal care tasks and maintenance of their homes
  • Providing support to achieve personal goals

The services we offer:

  • Domestic Assistance – cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, laundry, linen change etc.
  • Social Support – for appointments, shopping, social activities/interaction, connecting with family/friends
  • Meal Preparation – grocery shopping and cooking
  • Personal Care and Wellbeing – showering, dressing, grooming and skin care
  • Respite – in-home respite and centre based respite
  • Garden Maintenance – lawn mowing, pruning and garden tidy

We provide services in all metropolitan areas including – East Metro, North Metro, South East Metro, and South West Metro regions.

Service Costs

We charge at the price limit in the NDIS Price Guidelines for all support services.

Eligibility

  • You might be eligible for the NDIS if you:
  • Live in Australia and are an Australian citizen or permanent resident
  • Are under 65 years old
  • Have a lifelong impairement or disability that impacts your ability to complete daily activities and/or affects your participation in the community

We charge at the price limit in the NDIS Price Guidelines for all support and our prices are reviewed as and when the NDIS Support Catalogue prices are reviewed.

NDIS Code of Conduct

In providing supports or services to people with disability, a Code-covered person must:

(a)    act with respect for individual rights to freedom of expression, self-determination and decision-making in accordance with applicable laws and conventions; and

(b)   respect the privacy of people with disability; and

(c)    provide supports and services in a safe and competent manner, with care and skill; and

(d)   act with integrity, honesty and transparency; and

(e)    promptly take steps to raise and act on concerns about matters that may impact the quality and safety of supports and services provided to people with disability; and

(f)    take all reasonable steps to prevent and respond to all forms of violence against, and exploitation, neglect and abuse of, people with disability; and

(g)    take all reasonable steps to prevent and respond to sexual misconduct.
